How to book your 2022 OFC Exhibit Space:

  1. Note your pre-assigned meeting and arrive on time to secure the most strategic booth space possible. You will receive a Zoom link to access your OFC 2022 Rebook Meeting. Please note, you may be in a waiting room for a short period before the host lets you into your meeting. 
  2. Review the 2022 floor plan and identify a general area where you prefer to reserve space for your company in 2022. The 2022 floorplan will be updated as companies secure their exhibit space. Arrive early to your appointment so you have time to review the 2022 Rebook Exhibit Contract and/or 2022 Rebook Corporate Village Contract.
  3. We require a 50% deposit and accept credit cards to secure space at the 2022 exhibition.

Unable to attend your appointment time? Rebook via proxy:

  1. Review the OFC 2022 floorplan, choose ten or more options and submit completed & signed OFC 2022 Rebook Exhibit Space Contract to the OFC Sales Team at sales@ofcconference.org as soon as possible.
  2. The OFC Sales Team will secure your requested exhibit space at your pre-assigned meeting day and time. If the space has already been booked, the OFC Sales Team will use its discretion to assign the best available exhibit space.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation with your assigned exhibit space.
  4. We require a 50% deposit and accept credit cards to secure space at the 2022 exhibition.

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the OFC Rebooking Process

Why should I select space during the rebook period?

By completing a contract during the rebook period, you will benefit in a variety of ways:

  • First, and most importantly, those who rebook during their rebook appointment will save money compared to the post-rebook price.
  • Second, you will receive priority in selecting the best location available at the time of your appointment.
  • Third, you will have started planning for 2022 and receive the full benefit of over 2 million marketing impressions scheduled for OFC 2022.

What are the savings?

  • Rate Savings:
    • Save USD 100 per 100 sq. ft. of booth space (USD 49.00 vs. USD 50.00/sq. ft)
    • Special savings on select Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

What will I need to do to secure a space?

At your scheduled rebooking time, our Sales Staff will be ready to assist you. 

Upon entering, you will preview the OFC 2022 floor plan with your sales representative. Once you have selected your space, you must sign a contract to secure that space. Before leaving your OFC 2022 Rebook Appointment, be sure to email your signed contract to sales@ofcconference.org. Only those exhibitors who compete a signed contract during their rebook appointment will receive the space selection discount.

What if I miss my assigned time?

Given the significant number of OFC exhibitors that need to be scheduled, the schedule must be maintained. If you miss your assigned appointment, please follow the remote/proxy instructions listed above.

What if I’m not ready to commit to the 2022 event during my rebook appointment?

Contracts signed during the rebook process are not booth reservations but binding contracts. Should exhibitors elect to sign up after the rebook period, the new 2022 booth pricing levels will be in effect.

How are my priority points calculated?

OFC maintains a priority system that cumulatively factors in the exhibitor’s amount of square footage, sponsorship revenue, and credit for each year of participating in OFC. Date of contract and fulfillment of contractual obligations are also considered in the event of a tie.

What happens if I select my space after the OFC rebook appointments are complete?

Exhibit space will become available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The special on-site rates and special programs will expire, and the 2022 square foot rate of USD 50.00/Sq. Ft. will be in effect.
