尊敬的参展商：

感谢参加第49届光网络与通信研讨会及博览会(OFC) 。根据OFC参展安全、责任和安保指南，所有参展商和参展商指定承包商(EAC)必须购买商业一般责任保险，每次保险限额至少为100万美元，总计200万美元。Optica（前身为美国光学学会）、Freeman、IEEE光子学会、IEEE通信学会（Comsoc）和圣地亚哥会议中心股份有限公司，圣地亚哥市，圣地亚哥联合港区，以及这三个实体的成员、高管、董事、代理人和员工应被指定为附加被保险人。该保险必须按照法律要求提供工伤赔偿，并在活动租赁日期（2024年3月20日至30日）有效。如果您的公司正在招聘EAC，请与OFC中国组委会“海伦温国际展览”联系，不管参展商采用哪一家EAC，参展商都必须为自己公司的员工购买在美国OFC的保险。这里是COI样本。

Dear Exhibitors,

Thank you for your upcoming participation at OFC Conference and Exhibition 2024. Per OFC Booth Safety, Liability & Security guidelines, all exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Optica (Formerly The Optical Society), Freeman, IEEE Photonics Society, IEEE Communications Society (Comsoc) and the San Diego Convention Center Corporation, Inc., City of San Diego, San Diego Unified Port District, and the members, officers, directors, agents and employees of each of these three entities shall be named as Additional Insured. This Insurance must provide Worker's Compensation as required by law and be in force during the lease dates of the event, 20 – 30 March 2024. Should your company be hiring an EAC, please see attached EAC form for EAC Approval and return to this email. A sample COI is also attached for your convenience. The deadline for both insurance requirements is Monday, 26 February 2024.
